Tips in Leading the Seamless Life
#16 - Fourth Week Freedom

In addition to the "free" Fifth Week (referred to both last week and in Issue #1) you can also use The Graceful 'No' to achieve an exceptionally light 4th week of every month.

If you meet with someone or any group once, twice, or three times monthly by appointment - book those during the first three weeks of the month whenever possible - never in the 4th or 5th week.

Anytime anyone asks you to meet with them, look at your calendar and select any time you have other than one in the 4th or 5th week.

It won't take long. The 4th week of every month will soon roll around and on that Monday you'll wonder why on earth if feels like you have so much space and time!

At first, you'll wonder who you dropped out, what you forgot, WHERE are you supposed to BE?? Then you'll remember! You've PLANNED this! It's SUPPOSED to feel like this - you've organized much of your life into the front-end part of your month and you can now have a "graceful slide" and rest for all the remaining days...ending the month with a fresh breath instead of a "Whoosh - it's finally over!"

If you'll apply this we predict you can begin to enjoy all your weeks more and have a more "weekend" feeling month end versus only on Friday afternoons.

Remember... it's all possible by mastering the graceful 'No'!
